White Xipella
A homage to our land.
Winemaking and aging
After gentle pressing, the must is debourbaged and transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment at a controlled temperature from 14 to 18 °C.
Tasting note
Brilliant, pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. Aromas of white fruit (pear, apple) with citric notes.
Very fresh and with crisp acidity. In the mouth, it lingers and recalls the freshness of fruit.

Vines located below the Miramar Range, at an altitude of 400 meters.

Winemaking and aging
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28 °C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in new and used barrels for 12 to 16 months.
Tasting note
Red wine of intense colour. Powerful ripe fruit aroma, notes of mineral and oak barrel. In the mouth, it presents friendly and tempting, with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish.

We encourage you to discover our winemaking secrets and to learn the language of wine tasting, to identify a wine by its aroma and colour… We offer guided tours of our Conca de Barberà cellar, a few minutes from Montblanc, right in the middle of the Cistercian Route. Here, you will encounter the rich offering of cultural tourism the Catalan lands are home to. We are located just 1 hour from Barcelona and 30 minutes from the touristic towns of Tarragona, Salou and all beaches in Costa Dorada.
